• Authentication is handled by Google Firebase — industry-standard security
• Your audit records are stored in a secured database tied to your unique user ID
• Only you can access your own audit history
• All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption

All market analysis is performed by our own internal rule-based scoring engine. No third-party services process your business data.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have full control over your data:

• Delete audits — delete individual or all audits anytime from the dashboard
• Account deletion — contact us to permanently delete your account and all associated data
• Data export — request a copy of your stored data
• Opt out — simply stop using the app; no recurring data collection occurs
